Ciao Lucrezia, I really love your cannale. Ma per favor mi spieghi il significato di “appunto”. Grazie mille! Jeannene
Ciao Jeannene! “Appunto” means note. “Prendere appunti” is to “take notes”. It also has another meaning, which is “exactly”, “right” 😊
Hi Lucrezia; first of all thanks for all your work, ever since I found your blog I read at least one each day and make sure I also write it down on my notepad so I can learn it better.
I have a suggestion to make and hopefully you might consider it, provided it wouldn’t be too much of a nuisance for you and your time. So here it is: your blogs are great and as I said I’m an avid reader, I was just wondering if you – as a native Italian speaker – could record yourself reading them (the upcoming ones, that is) so we the readers/students could have an accurate idea of what the words sound like once they are strung up in a sentence. I guess you would have to attach a MP3 file to each blog or something.
*Reading back, it does sound like a lot of work for you – and a learner’s utopia for us – so please don’t feel pressured to do more than what already do.
Ciao Lucrezia!
La mia domanda è:
Che parola è la più utilizzata per comprare a peso? grammo o etto?
Is etto an oldfashioned word?
Grazie mille!
Ana
Etto! Si usa tantissimo e non è oldfashioned 😊 è la parola più comune per comprare a peso 👍
